COVID-19 / OPERATIONS UPDATE

As of today, everyone on our team, and their families are doing well with no known COVID-19 positive tests. Their safety is, of course, our top priority, and we monitor it closely.
Similar to many of our customers, Cloud serves the essential industries. Many of our customers remain open for business. The recent surge in consumer purchasing is adding pressure to production schedules for some customers. We are doing our best to protect our people while providing support for our valued customers. We consider our business vital and will continue to support those customers while protecting our people, so long as government guidelines allow.
Business continuity: Customer support, technical service, engineering, design, and parts teams are supporting customers’ needs. We have made, and continue to make, adjustments to help ensure the safety of our people. So far, those changes have had minimal impact on customer service. As the situation evolves, and if this changes, we will keep you informed.
One affected area is travel, including on-site service. We have a US travel ban in place to protect our people and customers. We are making exceptions on a case-by-case basis with safety being the overriding criteria in each case. We are also working with customers to defer non-essential visits. European site visits have been temporarily halted. We are continuing to work with our EU customers and partners on alternative solutions.
As this situation is fluid, we may need to adjust manufacturing schedules or service capabilities in the future. We will keep you informed of any such changes and work with you on alternative solutions and timelines.
Best practices: Non-essential staff are working from home. All processes and practices in our production areas have been modified to meet or exceed all CDC guidelines for social distances, barrier construction, and continuous sanitation. We also implemented contingency plans in the event of presumptive or positive tests.
Cloud and our parent company take this situation with the utmost seriousness and concern. We have daily COVID-19 meetings and are continually monitoring the status, evolving government policies, the impacts of this pandemic. Keeping everyone virus-free continues to be our utmost priority.
