PVA continuous motion drum technology is used to form water soluble materials (polyvinyl alcohol) at speeds of 1500 packages per minute. Thermoforming the bottom film results in material savings typically 30 to 40 percent above a traditional vertical form-fill-seal machine. Liquid and powder filling capabilities are available.
